According to Mike Allsopp, Senior Researcher at Agricultural Research Council, bees pollinate a third of everything we eat.
They pollinate most fruits and vegetables, numerous nuts as well as plants such as rapeseed, sunflowers, cocoa beans, coffee, tea and cotton.
Allsopp dismissed reports that global bees population is under threat.
