Oscar Pistorius found guilty of Reeva Steenkamp murder

In an unanimous judgment in the Supreme Court of Appeal found Oscar Pistorius guilty of murder and criminal intent, the matter will be referred back to trial court for appropriate sentence.

The appeal Judge Eric Leach said that Pistorius should have been convicted of murder CapeTalk/702 Redi Tlhabi spoke Ulrich Roux, criminal law expert who says the ruling was anticipated, judging by the comments made during the appeal.

He says now the case will go back to the North Gauteng High Court where an appropriate sentence will be decided.
