Backlash for Judge Thokozile Masipa

South Africans have question the competence of Judge Thokozile Masipa, after the Supreme Court of Appeal ruling, which has found Oscar Pistorius guilty of murder.

The court unanimously found that High Court Judge Masipa made errors in law, when convicting the former athlete of culpable homicide.

There's still a bit of a process to go, but none of this has been an enviable position for Judge Masipa to be in.
