How to strike a balance between self-care and selfishness

Sometimes the line between self-care and selfishness is a little blurry. Dr Schomer says that there should be a balance between the two.

He says there is a time to give to others and a time to take care of yourself. Focusing only on one of the two could lead to a burnout, he says.

According to Dr Schomer people need to learn how to say NO without feeling guilty.
