The festive season can be stressful when your friends and family come to spend their holidays with you.
These "unwelcome guests" sometimes can bring stress and anxiety into your life. There are also many demands to take care of - parties, shopping, baking, wrapping gifts, cleaning and entertaining.
So how do we deal with the stresses of the festive season? A clinical psychologist, Thabang Tlaka, has advice on how to cope with all the stress and anxiety.
