How to ‪‎spend‬ money responsibly over ‪the festive season

The rand has plummeted to record lows, resulting in major losses on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).

This means sticking to budgets and not going overboard on spending; putting all that loose change in a little money box until the end of the month and shunning credit. By saving and spending wisely, Christmas doesn’t have to be a total budget-buster.

Personal finance expert Vangile Makwakwa, talked to Abongile Nzelenzele about some tips of spending wisely.
