2015: A reminder that young people have a voice

Early Breakfast presenter Koketso Sachane looks back at a year and gives credit the young people behind the #RhodesMustFall and #FeesMustFall movements. While it has clearly been a year of change and protest, Koketso is advocating for change in the conversations we have - and how we understand the realities of others.

The lesson I take from this year is that some of us are not willing to have honest conversations. I think that the conversations that we have need to be based on truth; but also on the ability to dig deeper than the surface
