Maimane on Kohler-Barnard: 'This is not about protecting a white South African'

DA leader Mmusi Maimane has defended the decision to lift the suspension of MP Dianne Kohler-Barnard after sharing a Facebook post saying the delivery of public services was better under apartheid regime president PW Botha.

There are South Africans who perhaps hold that view, and sometimes to my surprise even black South Africans.
