Opposition parties have slammed government’s decision to proceed with the nuclear procurement plan.
The cabinet had earlier this month granted approval to issue a request for proposals from the nuclear industry.
Energy expert Chris Yelland on Monday said that different vendor countries will put their proposals on the table, including their potential funding models, in a public process due to start in March 2016.
