Vodacom apologises to its customers affected by the double debit glitch.
About 200 000 Vodacom accounts have been affected by a technical glitch that resulted in customers being inaccurately double debited.
Tshepo Ramodibe, Executive Head of Corporate Affairs says that they have been working with the banks to make sure all the affected customers are refunded.
All refunds were processed yesterday and this morning we got confirmation from all the banks that everything has been processed.— Tshepo Ramodibe, Executive Head of Corporate Affairs
