Several frustrated travelers were on the receiving end of delays and cancellations at the South African Airways.
Tour guide Grant van Zyl explained that the travelers were stuck without any information other than being told that their flights were indefinitely delayed.
SAA Spokesperson Tlali Tlali on Monday said that communication was poor on their part, amid technical and operational delays amounting to at least five hours.
