Ever heard of Dry January? This is an international campaign encouraging people to lay off the alcohol for the month of January.
Mandy Shrimpton is the head of marketing for a social network called World Without Wine which also encourages people to consider giving up alcohol in 2016, or at least reducing their intake.
Shrimpton, through the support of World without Wine, also won her battle against alcohol and gave it up completely.
