'Thabo Mbeki wants to be understood, he was always going to comeback'

Mbeki participated in very few public dialogues since he was recalled as State President.

According to Dr Mcebisi Ndletyana, Associate Professor of Political Science at UJ Mbeki was always going to come back because he feels he needs to correct things that he perceives as not portraying him well in terms of his presidency.
