John Maytham chills in a cryotherapy "sauna"

A cryosauna surrounds the body with air chilled with liquid nitrogen to under -100 degrees Celsius. The air chills the body surface from around 30C to around 10C for a few minutes.

The cold rapidly reduces blood flow to the skin, when you exit, the resulting return of blood is said to add to a feeling of invigoration and well-being while reportedly providing a boost to the skin circulatory system.
