The Eagles confirmed on Monday that founding member Glenn Frey passed away.
Frey died of complications from illnesses including Pneumonia. He died New York City at the age of 67.
The Eagles were one of the most successful bands of the 1970s, with multiple hit singles, including Hotel California in 1976.
