The Speaker of the Cape Town City Council is investigating whether councillors were involved in tearing down a “Zuma Must Fall” billboard over the weekend.
Alderman Dirk Smit on Wednesday explained that the probe will investigate all councillors involved, regardless of their political affiliation.
