It was three years ago that a young Capetonian man desperately needed university funding after losing his mother in matric.
Rotary Club of Hout Bay's Keith Bull had called in 2013 to ask listeners to sponsor the then matriculant towards their student bursary programme.
Bull on Thursday announced that the young man graduated as a radiographer at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and now works at a Pietermaritzburg hospital.
