How to achieve health and fitness goals without injuries

When a New Year starts, most people visit their drawing boards to work on New Year’s resolutions.

Often people think of losing the holiday weight as the year begins but they aren’t always aware of the kind of injuries that might occur.

Ross Tucker, a professor of Exercise Physiology at University of the Free State, says people should not push themselves too hard.
