Video of Taxi overloading in Cape Town

This video of unknown origin appears to show passengers boarding a 16-seater taxi in Edgemead.

We are not able to tell if the footage has been manipulated, but if this is what it appears then you have to both be impressed with how many people can fit into the vehicle and be dismayed that these passengers are subjected to overloading.

If you know who shot the footage, please email 567webmaster@capetalk.co.za
