Former KZN Hawks Head Johan Booysen has won a total of nine court cases after being suspended over fraud claims.
The embattled top cop was scheduled to return to work today, but EWN's Barry Bateman says his suspension remains in light of the Hawks' plans to take the case to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
According to Bateman, Police Minister Nathi Nhleko has protected Hawks boss Berning Ntlemeza from answering any questions related to the matter.
