Motsoeneng is a good employee of the SABC - Kebby Maphatsoe

Deputy Defence Minister and Military Veteran Kebby Maphatsoe believes Hlaudi Motsoeneng is a good employee of the SABC.

He says Motsoeneng has managed to turn the SABC around.

Previous people did not transform the SABC, so you need people like Motsoeneng who are very brave when we speak about radical transformation, that's the type of leadership we want.

He says the disciplinary inquiry into Motsoeneng's qualifications found that he did not lie about his matric results and people fabricating the story.

The inquiry proved that the people who hired him knew that he did not have Grade 12, says Maphatsoe. He says Motsoeneng was open about his qualifications and he has since upgraded.

People are just making these statements because they hate the way Hlaudi Motsoeneng has transformed the SABC.
