Why new GP Hawks boss Prince Mokotedi has a 'tainted reputation'

Prince Mokotedi has been appointed as Gauteng’s new head of the Hawks. He is the former head of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA)’s Integrity Unit.

Mokotedi resigned from the prosecution body in 2014 after he was charged with gross insubordination and bringing the NPA into disrepute.

EWN reporter Barry Bateman on Wednesday unpacked what he referred to as Mokotedi's rather controversial background.
