The Gupta family and several of their companies will launch an urgent court application against the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and leader Julius Malema.
The interdict is in a bid to prohibit him from inciting violence against their employees or attacking their property, after Malema said the Guptas should leave the country.
EWN's Barry Bateman on Tuesday said an affidavit has been filed by Oakbay Investments CEO Nazeem Howa on behalf of the three Gupta brothers and their companies.
