Abongile Gwele is the founder of Apples and Oranges, a line of accessories made from African wax cloth and copper wire.
She started designing in 2013 after a realisation that African prints are gaining a lot of traction internationally.
Ishaarah Arnold is from an artistic family. She says she and her late sister used to draw on everything including their father’s papers.
She is a trained graphic designer, which she says it helps her to create beautiful colours by merging traditional media with digital.
