and got Twitter talking! #FridayStandIn was trending by 9h20.

There was one particularly HEATED conversation.

Nomboniso spoke to Nolundi Luwaya, deputy director, Land and Accountability Research Centre (LARC) at UCT, about the Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Bill, which will replace the Traditional Leadership and Governance Framework Act of 2003.
