New Beginnings: From the streets to greatness

James Duigan left his Australian home in 1996 with only $50 in his pocket and no qualifications.

He roamed the streets of London for few months, sleeping on night buses and eating from the rubbish bins.

Today James is a personal trainer and author of Clean and Lean for life – The Cookbook. He has helped everyone from supermodel Elle Mcpherson to actor Hugh Grant to achieve optimal health and fitness.

Duigan attributes his success achievements to being humble, hard work and meeting the right people who helped him to where he is.

Listen to the full conversation on the Pippa Hudson Show:

It’s been an amazing journey and I’ve never taken anything for granted so I am grateful for all those experiences because it does help in keeping you grounded …

James Duigan, personal trainer and author of Clean and Lean for life

Duigan says he fell ill when he was 5 years old and it was that experience that showed him the connection between what you eat, how you feel and who you are.

Since then I have known that I really wanted to make a difference in people’s lives
