Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan has two days to answer the controversial letter from the Hawks head Berning Ntlemeza.
The Minister was presented with a list of questions that probes into his involvement in setting up what was alleged to be an illegal unit to spy on people.
On Friday, Gordhan responded to the Hawks letter saying it is part of a bid to intimidate him.
