Largest single-phase shopping centre in Africa to open soon near Midrand

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Morné Wilken, CEO of real estate capital growth fund Attacq.

Attacq is the developer of the Mall of Africa.

Mall of Africa is - at 131 000 square metres – the largest single-phase mall development in Africa and the largest project and anchor development within Waterfall City near Midrand.

It is destined to soon be a real retail draw card for Waterfall City. Our conservative estimates indicate that around 15 million people will visit the iconic destination mall annually.
