The United Nation’s 2016 theme for International Women’s Day is “Planet 50-50 by 2030: Step It Up for Gender Equality”.

Dr Eve says it is insane to think that we’ve got to wait till 2030 before we can say we going to have 50/50 representation equality of men and women.
