Android Developers, IOS Developers, SQL Developers, .Net Developers, Mobile UI designers, Testers and Analysts are called in to join a community-led initiative and volunteer their services to create an app that will help to keep people safe.
According to Sham Moodliar, who is one of the initiators of hackathon, the aim is to create an app to make people feel safe by being able to put a group of people together for a particular activity.
She says a time and date hasn't been set and they are calling on anyone who can offer them a venue and catering to come forward.
