PG Glass CEO Charles Bromley has denied allegations of collusion and says his fitment company will cooperate fully with the Competition Commission.
The commission is probing claims of collusion between glass repair companies, PG Glass, Glasfit, Shatterprufe and Digicall.
The commission conducted a raid at the companies' premises on Wednesday as a part of its ongoing investigation.

According to the commission's Themba Bonakele, the companies allegedly fixed the prices submitted to insurance providers and have suspicious supply chain relationships.
