Her best advice to start up online traders?

Keep your customer top of mind always, she says. Always develop that personal relationship with your customer.

She says it is important to know that a brick and mortar business does not automatically translate online. It requires a different set of skills to set up an online logistical operation.

No one walks past your store in the online space, so you have to direct people there.
