Faithful To Nature is sitting at the juncture of two industries that are growing beautifully - the e-conomy space in South Africa, and the demand for organic products.

Robyn Smith, Founder of Faithful To Nature

The online store has carefully sourced only the best natural and organic products and now offer 11 000 items online.

Robyn says online shopping is far safer and more secure than people realise.

Her best advice to start up online traders?

Keep your customer top of mind always, she says. Always develop that personal relationship with your customer.

She says it is important to know that a brick and mortar business does not automatically translate online. It requires a different set of skills to set up an online logistical operation.
