Which network providers offer the best cellphone deals?

The latest quarterly Perfect Package Tracker released by Tariffic, the tariff saving company, finds that MTN and Cell C are the mobile networks which offer the deals which are most cost-effective for customers.

Speaking to #NightTalk's Gugs Mhlungu and Sizwe Dhlomo, Tariffic's Chief Executive and Excitement Officer Antony Seeff said that the Perfect Package Tracker focused on the best deals for people looking for a contract, with a specific phone in mind.
