One only needs to open the newspapers to see that there is a shortage of great political leaders across the world today.
Activist and former Cabinet minister Jay Naidoo says that society faces a critical challenge in light of the broken leadership system.
Naidoo explained that current political leadership promotes greed and self-serving values.

He says that citizens must ask what it is in the system which encourages corruption and unethical values, adding that immoral behaviour is mimicked and seen as acceptable.
Naidoo says that the higher the rank, the more corrupt a leader; noting that honourable leaders are found serving at grass-roots levels in communities.
