South African Doing Great Things: Katlego Maboe

Katlego Maboe has recently won, for the second time in a row, the Golden Horn for Best TV Presenter at the South African Television and Film Awards for his work on the Expresso show on SABC 3.

Born and raised on Potchefstroom, this multi-award winning television presenter is also a singer , writer and a qualified accountant.

He graduated with his Chartered Accountancy at the North West University in 2007, but his energy and talents led him to television.

Katlego started music the day his grandmother forgot to fetch him from school, while waiting for her, he joined a group of other learners who were rehearsing and that's how his music journey began.

He shares his story on #NightTalk with Gugs Mhlungu and Wasanga Mehana.
