How to handle relationship transitions without strain

Dr Eve says that people need to deal with the grief of losing someone, the grief of resentment and loneliness that follows a loss.

If you did not process grief work, if you did not accept that you are still in huge pain, in anger and resentment you are not going to be able to move into a new relationship.
