CapeTalk's Breakfast Show broadcast live from the Joostenberg Vlakte Weighbridge

A few weeks ago the Breakfast Show's Kieno Kammies interviewed Patrick O’Leary of Fleetwatch Magazine on the state of trucks and buses on Cape roads.

O'Leary said that 6.8 out of every 10 trucks, are considered unroadworthy.

Many callers reacted to the issues raised around roadworthy vehicles.

So the breakfast Show decided to go out to the weighbridge and see how the traffic department ensures dangerous vehicles are kept off our roads.
