Tannie Evita Bezuidenhout takes a jab at the state of South African politics

The former ambassador to Bapetikoseweti, Tannie Evita Bezuidenhout puts some humour in the current state of SA and USA politics, talking about Jacob Zuma and Donald Trump.

'I met Donald Trump somewhere and I don’t remember where but he was very friendly. He laughed a lot just like Jacob Zuma…'

When she was asked if she would offer Donald Trump her favourite koeksister , she said:

Of course I would offer him a koeksister. I believe I cook for reconciliation; I put enemies around the table and feed them so that they can talk to each other

Tannie Evita shocked the Afrikaner community when she decided to join the ANC. Speaking to Friday Stand In Melanie Verwoerd, Tannie Evita explained how easy it was to join the ruling party.

I went to Luthuli House. As I walked in I met Jessie Duarte and she said Tannie Evita are you in the wrong place and I said no I want to join the ANC. She said have you got cash and I said yes, she said you are in. That’s how easy it was.

I am so not impressed by the people in Parliament who turned it into circus. They must be professional and if they don’t do their jobs they must be kicked out, finish and klaar.
