Dr Helgo Schomer suggests that our mental toughness is what enables us to accomplish some things in life while others struggle to do so.

He says people who have tough mental strength don’t waste time feeling sorry for themselves and they don’t constantly compare themselves to others.

Things we can control are our daily thoughts. We can control what we put in our body and we can control what we do today, but there are many things we can’t control, and we are wasting energy trying to think we can control them
