Local entrepreneurs to pitch for investment at WC Funding Fair

All roads lead to the Western Cape Funding Fair on Wednesday, where local entrepreneurs, project promoters, businesses and investor groups will gather.

The conference is a partnership between Deloitte and the provincial Economic Development Department.
It will facilitate a single point access for entrepreneurs to secure funds.

Deloitte regional manager Marius Alberts says the funding fair will host a speaker programme, exhibition and a closed pitch session for 20 projects which were selected from close to 400 applications.

The whole day is for entrepreneurs in general. It is to share knowledge, transfer skills through expert workshops and presentations.
