Cape Town-based photographer Johnny Miller has put the Mothery City's deepening socio-economic divide back into focus with his powerful photo series called Unequal Scenes.
The aerial view photographs show the juxtaposition of livelihoods of different classes in the Western Cape.

Miller says people have commended him for framing inequality in a new light.

Using a drone camera, Miller uses still images and video blogs to depict a bird's-eye view of a tough reality.
He says he plans to further document the contrasting lives of communities on both sides of the divide.
