Oakbay CEO, Nazeem Howa, claims that the Guptas were out of the country when Deputy Minister Mcebisi Jonas alleged he was offered the job of Finance Minister by the family.
Jonas shocked the country when he made the allegation, compelling African National Congress Secretary General, Gwede Mantashe, to investigate incidents of state capture.
The internal investigation found there was a lack of evidence.
