In March this year Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng's gave the Constitutional Court's judgment on whether President Jacob Zuma should pay back some of the taxpayers' money spent on non-security upgrades at his private homestead in Nkandla.

Listen to highlights of Chief Justice Mogoeng statements from the judgement:

Callers phoned in to air their opinions on the money Zuma must pay back, and reflected on Mogoeng's words.

Mogoeng Mogoeng did say that he (Zuma) is personally responsible for the money.
