'Hlaudi must go', journos chant at picket outside SABC

Cape Town journalists have joined a picket outside the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) this morning, in support of the suspended journalists expected to face disciplinary action.

Many members of the media fraternity and other civil organisations have dressed in black to show solidarity outside SABC in Sea Point, reports EWN's Rahima Essop.

Two pickets are tacking place outside the SABC's offices, both in Cape Town and Johannesburg today.

Journalists are holding up placards that read, "Not In Our Name" to speak out against censorship, dictatorial leadership and SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng.
