SA Rapper Riky Rick back from BET Awards in L.A. talks to #FridayStandIn

South African rapper Riky Rik just back form the BET Awards in Los Angeles was #FridayStandIn Kumi Naidoo's surprise guest.

In 2008 Kumi Naidoo and Ricy Rik went on a trip to Harare, Zimbabwe to assess the impact on the people of the country as they go through a difficult period in their history.

Rik says South Africans do not travel through Africa as much as the rest of the continent's population, and he was ready for a completely new experience.

People just want to be heard. They want to tell their stories and want their situation to be known

he says he would love to return to Zimbabwe and find out what has become of the inspirational young people they met there.
