Master the art of welding from a young age

Leigh Elves MD, Managing Director of Allweld Marine and Allweld Training Academy talks about how his sons are spending their school holidays learning the useful skill of welding, and encourages youngsters to learn too.

He says welding is a skill and an art.

And it is not just for me. he says they train many women welders.

It gets youngsters involved in a skill they can use later on.

Leigh Elves MD, Managing Director of Allweld Marine and Allweld Training Academy

My whole life has been around building careers for people, and in welding you really see it. You see the guys come from nothing and actually get in to welding and they start earning good money. And if they can get into it at a young age, it just makes them so much better.
