A study published in the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention’s recently highlighted some of the opportunities that exist for workers with largely desk-bound jobs to increase physical activity while at work.
The study titled “Opportunities for Increased Physical Activity in the Workplace: the Walking Meeting” prescribes walking meetings as an easy activity to implement and a more feasible form of excise during working hours.
