Unarmed black man shot by Miami cop

Behavioral therapist Charles Kinsey was apparently calming an autistic patient after responding to a 911 call.

Kinsey reportedly held his empty hands in the air, but was shot by a North Miami police officer.

Kinsey was not killed, but that number of deaths by cop shootings stands at 598 this year as of 21 July 2016 - 50 just in July.
