Windfall for Recruit My Mom after Small Business Awards recognition

It was in 2013 that specialist staffing agency Recruit My Mom was acknowledged by the CapeTalk Small Business Awards.

Since then, founder Philippa Geard, says her four-year-old business has received many other growth opportunities.

Her company sources skilled and experienced women looking for flexible, part-time and virtual employment.

Geard explains that the nomination helped the young business develop and expand its website and client base.

The wonderful thing about the nominations is that you get immediate exposure as a small businesses... It's a wonderful accolade.
