Gushwell Brooks interviewed Leadership and Strategy Specialist Mark Manley about what is considered during coalition talks before resolutions.
So how do coalition talks actually work?
For some it is about policies and how to ensure those are seen and fulfilled in the government, and for others however it is about power and how to ensure they have control, and then policy follows.
Parties can either be in the "Most favourable position" which is being able to get all they want or "The walk away position" where the party is not prepared to negotiate.
